Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Cell Tower Signal Finder 5G mobile application (the "App") operated by Push the Button Productions ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides information about cell tower locations, signal strength, and network coverage. The App uses data from third-party sources including OpenCelliD and UnwiredLabs to display tower information.

Important: Tower location data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations

4. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features:

• Weekly Plan: $2.99/week
• Premium Yearly: $29.99/year

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period
• Prices may vary by location and are subject to change

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of the App includes limitations such as:

• Limited tower display (4 towers per type)
• Limited search results (5 results)
• Advertisements
• No access to premium features (offline maps, custom alerts, etc.)

6. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location to function properly. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services and data sources. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of third-party data
• The availability of third-party services
• Any issues arising from third-party service failures

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Push the Button Productions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Push the Button Productions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Push the Button Productions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability
